MarketAxess offers the Dental PPO Plan through Guardian to make your dental care more affordable. You can choose to see any dentist, but you’ll pay less out-of-pocket when you stay in network.
You can enroll in dental coverage as a new hire, during Open Enrollment, or if you have a qualifying life event. To enroll, log in to OKTA to access UKG.

Take advantage of rollover dollars
If you submit at least one paid claim during the year and do not exceed your plan’s threshold amount, a portion of any unused amount of your plan’s annual dental maximum will roll over, so you can use these funds in the future to pay for dental care for you or your family members. Each covered family member has their own Max Rollover Account and each person must meet the requirements to have funds roll over. Learn more about this feature and see examples.
