Getting reimbursed

Reimbursement for fitness expenses
To qualify for reimbursement, the fitness expense must meet the following conditions:

• The fitness activity must be for the employee’s use (not a family member’s use)
• The activity must be recreational and fitness based, not medically based
• The amount reimbursed can’t exceed the actual cost of the fitness expense

Reimbursement for other wellness expenses
To qualify for reimbursement, your expense must meet one of the following conditions:

• Enrolled with Nationwide Pet Insurance
• Utilize Bright Horizons services such as emergency back-up care
• Payment of student debt for you or your dependent
• Tuition Reimbursement above the $5,250 level*

* Must have received payments of $5,250 from the MarketAxess Tuition Reimbursement Program, and all new tuition expenses must qualify under the same program parameters.
