You are eligible for health and welfare benefits if you are a full-time employee regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week (or the minimum number of hours to comply with state mandates).

Plan comparison

MarketAxess offers three comprehensive and industry-leading medical plans to choose from. To help you compare your options and choose the right plan for you and your family:

  • Compare the medical plans on this website using the interactive plan comparison table.
  • Use the Medical Plan Cost Estimator to quickly see which medical plan may be best for you and how much you could save with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
  • View your 2024 premiums below. Your costs will also be shown in UKG as you enroll.

TIP: Think about the whole cost.

When choosing a medical plan, it’s important to think about the whole cost of coverage — the amount you’ll spend out of your paycheck, as well as out of pocket (copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and prescriptions).
